Each patient’s orthodontic treatment cost will vary based on their needs and treatment plan. If you require a payment plan, our team will discuss the payment options available to you.
Affordable payment plans
We want to ensure that you have the best orthodontic experience possible. We don’t want financing to get in the way of getting the smile of your dreams!
At Harris Orthodontics we accept all major credit cards except American Express. Other accepted payment methods include:
- Personal cheques
- Internet transfer using the specific patient ID number
- Direct debit
Our financial policies
Before beginning orthodontic treatment, our friendly Treatment Coordinators will explain the proposed treatment plan and then discuss the fees required to perform the treatment. Each of our patients has the option of paying for their treatment in instalments.
What your fee covers
1. Initial examination by Dr Harris
- Preliminary diagnosis and explanation of the orthodontic problem
- Preliminary treatment plan
2. Initial diagnostic records
- A comprehensive review of records
- Diagnostic functional evaluation
- Regular reports for referral dentists
3. Treatment
- Scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Specialist Orthodontist, Treatment Coordinator and staff time
- Communication with other medical professionals
- All additional progress diagnostic records as required mid-treatment
- For Children: Reporting back to your referring Dentist.
4. Retention
- Removal of orthodontic appliances
- Construction of retainers upon debanding
- Doctor and staff time
- Correspondence with other doctors
- Final diagnostic records as required
- Treatment progress reports to parents and general dentists
- Health fund deband documentation
